We recently had a customer realize that one of their company vehicles were missing about 8 hours after it was stolen. They called the RCMP and cruisers immediately went to the location being relayed to them from our customer. Police apprehended the suspect but…

couldn’t really find any substantial proof of theft by the suspect in custody. Our customer printed off a report (map) of all the locations the vehicle had been during its theft and the RCMP gathered video surveillance at all the said locations and found a common person at each place and time matching the reports from the GPS. RCMP were therefore able to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the suspect they had was in fact the thief. The vehicle was returned relatively undamaged and other stolen goods were recovered, all thanks to a little hidden device reporting everything that happened. - Sean Fournier (GPS Police)
